Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

1. Introduction

This Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy outlines the terms and conditions for customers who choose to pay for their orders in cash at the time of delivery. By selecting COD as a payment method, you agree to the conditions stated below.

2. Availability of COD

  • COD is available only for selected locations.
  • The availability of COD will be shown at checkout after entering shipping details.
  • We reserve the right to disable COD for specific orders based on order value, delivery location, or internal risk assessments.

3. Order Confirmation

Orders placed using COD must be confirmed via email, phone, or SMS (depending on our system). Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically canceled.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery to the courier.
  • Only cash payments are accepted unless stated otherwise.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready as delivery personnel may not carry change.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By choosing COD, the customer agrees to:

  • Be available at the delivery address on the scheduled date.
  • Answer delivery confirmation calls or messages.
  • Pay the full order amount upon delivery.
  • Avoid unnecessary cancellations after the order has been shipped.

6. Refusal or Failed Delivery

  • If the customer refuses the order at the time of delivery, the order will be marked as “Failed Delivery.”
  • The customer may be restricted from using COD in the future.
  • Repeated refusal or fraud attempts may lead to account suspension.

7. Shipping & Delivery Time

COD orders follow the same shipping timelines as prepaid orders. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier conditions.

8. Returns & Refunds for COD Orders

  • Returns follow our standard Return Policy.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer, store credit, or another approved method.
  • Refunds are not issued in cash during pickup.

9. Order Value Limits

  • Minimum and maximum order amounts for COD may apply.
  • Limits will be displayed at checkout when selecting COD.

10. Fraud Prevention

  • We may verify your phone number, address, or identity.
  • Suspicious orders may be cancelled without prior notice.
  • Bulk orders using COD may require additional verification.
